Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options, features, value-add products, and financing options according to dealership policies.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures compliance with traffic rules during the drive.
• Facilitates delivery by clearly explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiates sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
