Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
• Professional and dependable.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and explains model options, value-add products, and financing options per dealership policy.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures traffic laws are followed.
• Facilitates delivery by explaining vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements; maintains sales documentation.
• Negotiates sale closures in an ethical manner.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
