Drivesouthwest in Indiana is seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Representative to grow our customer base, greet guests, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives.

You will use CRM software to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure a positive purchasing experience. Mentorship, ongoing education, and competitive bonuses are available.

A strong communicator with sales experience and a valid driver's license is required; diploma or GED is required.

• Valid driver#s license with clean driving record required.
• Prior dealership sales experience preferred.
