Sam Leman CDJR - Bloomington is recruiting Automotive Sales Consultants to join a growing team. You’ll help customers pick the right vehicle, deliver an outstanding buying experience, and participate in hands-on training.

The role offers a 5-day work week, a generous earning potential, and a sign-on bonus with no prior automotive sales experience required. We provide training, inventory, and a supportive environment across our Bloomington dealer group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• No automotive sales experience required; will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process.
• Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business.
• Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology.
• Work alongside sales leadership and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
