Sam Leman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Champaign is expanding its sales team and seeking motivated individuals to earn between $60,000 and $150,000+ in the first year with paid training and sign-on bonus options. The role offers a 5-day work week, Sundays closed, and opportunities to represent Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram across a large inventory network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
• No automotive sales experience? Paid training provided and leadership support to learn the business.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle and budget.
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Guide customers through purchase and delivery process.
• Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with dealership management and other departments.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
