• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.
• Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process.
• Maintain follow-up to generate repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with dealership management and other departments.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
