Sam Leman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Peoria is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Earn from $60,000 to $150,000+ in first-year earnings with paid training and guaranteed income during training.

Represent Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram across our extensive vehicle inventory. Enjoy a 5-day work week, sign-on bonuses, and strong coaching, with clear paths for career advancement within the Leman family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Develop product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process.
• Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with dealership management and other departments.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.

What You'll Do
