Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Clean, acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug screen, and MVRO.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month (monthly quota).
• Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Perform test drives with all guests.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery before the guest's arrival.
• Utilize dealership follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Ensure every guest receives the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
• Attend in-person and online product and sales training courses.
• Keep up-to-date on products and services.
• Know and understand the laws governing retail auto sales.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Exude strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all duties.
