Job summary

C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team in a fast-paced automotive environment. The role focuses on building client relationships, consultative selling, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions.

You will demonstrate vehicles, answer questions, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Two pay plans are available: draw/commission or guaranteed/base salary during probation, with comprehensive medical, retirement, PTO, and life insurance

About the Role:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships and provide tailored product solutions that align with customers' needs and expectations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele.
• Consultative Selling:Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
• Product Knowledge:Continuously develop expertise in vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.
• Vehicle Demonstrations:Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow-Up:Maintain contact with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Sales Excellence:Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct:Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Reporting:Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
• Professional Appearance:Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.
• Positive Attitude:Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team every day.

We offer two flexible pay plans that you can choose from when starting:

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan:A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.
• Protected Salary Pay Plan:Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.
