C. Harper Auto Group in Connellsville is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to build strong client relationships, provide tailored vehicle solutions, and deliver a positive customer experience while driving dealership success.

You will develop product knowledge across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, conduct professional vehicle demonstrations, follow up with buyers, overcome objections, and report to the Sales Manager.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to develop a loyal clientele.
• Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously develop expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies.
• Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Sales Excellence: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct: Conduct all business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.

Compensation & Pay Plans:

We offer three flexible pay plans that you can choose from when starting:

• Salaried Pay Plan: A stable, fixed salary for consistent income.

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan: A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.

• Protected Salary Pay Plan: Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.

Additionally, We Offer:

• Bonus Opportunities: Earn monthly bonuses, spiffs, and commissions, with pay plans designed to exceed industry standards.

• Sign On Bonus: $500.00 ($250.00 paid after 30 days of employment, $250.00 paid after completion of 90 Day Probationary Period).
