You will drive performance through strategic planning, strict adherence to Napleton's processes, and a hands-on approach to daily operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail sales manager experience required.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Proven ability to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Strong financial and business acumen with ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain top dealership talent.
• Motivate team to meet goals following Napleton's processes.
• Manage negotiation and financing with Sales Associates.
• Lead Used Car Sales including inventory, pricing, and reconditioning.
• Create exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Partner with General Manager to plan inventory.
• Analyze the business to identify gaps and implement actions.
• Drive day-to-day store operations with high involvement.
