We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Luxury Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate our dealership’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the luxury vehicle sales team to exceed targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in both new and pre-owned luxury inventory
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics, setting goals and evaluating KPIs for each team member
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales consultants
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a liaison between the sales floor and upper management
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, fostering repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, luxury brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving profitability
  • Strong understanding of the luxury automotive market and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
