• Experience leading a sales team in a dealership or retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies that will enhance the overall consumer experience.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct throughout the lot.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in showrooms while managing the tasks and processes of the sales teams.
• Hold regular training meetings with sales staff to build readiness and handle objections.
• Lead with integrity and protect the dealership from fraudulent activities.
• Conduct daily morning meetings to review yesterday's activities and today's plan.
• Assist sales staff with customers as needed and be available.
