Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies to enhance the consumer experience
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date across the lot
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere while managing sales tasks
• Lead training meetings with sales staff at least 3 days a week
• Run the dealership with integrity and honesty
• Protect the dealership from fraudulent situations
• Hold daily 9am meetings to review yesterday's activities and today's plan
• Assist sales staff with customers as needed
• Monitor and assist with funding on deals
• Maintain CRM and other systems to track information
• Ensure accountability to grow the team
