- Must have previous Sales Manager experience.
- Experience in auto dealership environment preferred.
- Ability to train and develop sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a network.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage all aspects of the sales department.
- Assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening and asking questions.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
