• Maintain a transparent, customer-first sales process.
• Drive performance across showroom, internet leads and phone opportunities.
• Coach product knowledge across Mazda lineup.
• Partner with F&I and service for a seamless customer journey.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy to improve results.
