Qualifikationen

• Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
• Top sales metrics performance expected.
• F&I experience in sales and/or management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer care oriented with strong service focus.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record with minimal incidents.
• Able to use CRM, Google Suite, and automotive software.

Aufgaben

• Forecast department goals and meet them.
• Prepare annual operating budget for the new vehicle sales department with GM support.
• Attend manager meetings.
• Forecast controllable expenses for the department.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor sales staff.
• Oversee new-vehicle sales staff to improve image and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate dealership policies to sales staff.
• Set objectives and review team performance.
