Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  3. Forecast sales, track performance, and analyze market trends.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
  5. Oversee inventory management and vehicle merchandising.
