Waldorf-based Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf seeks an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a focus on customer service. The role involves managing new vehicle sales processes, achieving sales goals, and leading the team to create lifelong customers.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and drive sales
  • Establish trust and develop a network of clients and prospects
  • Provide training and support to sales staff, assisting in closing deals
  • Conduct regular sales training for team growth
  • Set a clear vision and goals, demonstrating leadership
  • Motivate the team to meet performance standards
  • Engage in daily operations to drive business
  • Lead negotiations, ensuring customer understanding of options and pricing
  • Partner with the General Manager on inventory planning
  • Manage controllable expenses in the department
  • Analyze metrics, resolve issues, and implement performance improvements
Requirements
  • At least two years of Automotive Sales Management experience
  • Proven success in auto retail sales
  • Leadership skills to mentor and train others
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for training and operating in a team environment
  • High-energy, enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to boost morale and improve profitability
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing
  • Valid driver's license
