Requirements
- Desk deals for the new and pre-owned sales departments with a focus on maximizing gross profit, finance reserve, and customer satisfaction
- Support and guide sales consultants through every stage of the sales process
- Structure lease and finance offers, working closely with F&I to ensure smooth deal transitions
- Monitor team performance and drive accountability for volume, profit, and CSI goals
- Maintain full understanding of Mercedes-Benz programs, rebates, incentives, and inventory availability
- Ensure all deals meet compliance standards and are accurately documented
- Help recruit, train, and develop sales staff in alignment with the Mercedes-Benz brand standard
- Collaborate with Sales Management and other department leaders to achieve overall store goals
