Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid PA driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and listening.
• Present new and used vehicles; facilitate test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process including paperwork.
• Aim for personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
• Maintain follow-up systems to generate repeat/referral business.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and interactions.
• Stay current on product knowledge and inventory.
• Explain vehicle value, equity, and ownership benefits.
• Collaborate with team and participate in sales meetings.
• Introduce customers to service department to foster long-term relationships.
