Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and guide them through vehicle selection.
• Learn features, technology, and benefits of our inventory.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present financing and leasing options with Sales Managers.
• Follow up with guests via phone, text, email, and video.
• Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding service.
• Stay current on product knowledge and manufacturer programs.
• Work with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
