Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking motivated car sales professionals in McAllen, TX to sell new and used vehicles and assist with financing. We offer extensive training and a robust commission structure, plus a strong inventory and opportunity for advancement.

A bilingual capability is a plus, and a high standard of customer service is required. You will participate in selling new and pre-owned vehicles, manage internet inquiries, and leverage our large inventory to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)

• Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services.
• Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
