Job summary

MOC Products Company, Inc. in California seeks an Assistant Manager in Training to develop future sales leaders within our automotive chemical and maintenance product solutions division.

You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers and Regional Directors to gain hands-on experience in business development, account management, dealership relationship management, and team leadership. Upon successful completion, you will assume full management responsibilities over a designated sales territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent practical sales experience.
• Strong interest in automotive service or dealership operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Leadership potential with initiative and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel within the regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intensive structured training covering product lines and core sales methodologies.
• Shadow Sales Managers to learn account retention, revenue expansion, and client onboarding.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through demos for dealership staff and service advisors.
• Use Dynamics 365, ADP Workforce Now, and internal portals to track metrics and workflows.
• Assist in quarterly sales forecasts, market analyses, and competitive research.
