Job summary

Moyer Auto Group is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Manager to grow into dealership leadership through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced managers. You’ll learn to structure deals, coach the sales team, and support dealership operations while contributing to a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in automotive sales management.
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team.
• Help sales professionals meet individual and dealership goals.
• Learn how to structure and present vehicle deals.
• Work alongside experienced managers throughout the sales process.
• Assist with customer questions, negotiations, and deal closings.
• Support the Finance Department as needed.
• Help maintain accurate customer follow-up and CRM activity.
• Promote accountability and uphold dealership standards.
• Help create a professional, transparent, and customer-first buying experience.
