You will receive hands-on training, coaching from experienced managers, and mentorship as you learn to structure deals, support operations, and guide the sales team toward bold goals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but management experience is not required.
• Strong interest in advancing into a leadership role.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible dealership hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in automotive sales management.
• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team.
• Help sales professionals meet individual and dealership goals.
• Learn how to structure and present vehicle deals.
• Work alongside experienced managers throughout the sales process.
• Assist with customer questions, negotiations, and deal closings.
• Support the Finance Department as needed.
• Help maintain accurate customer follow-up and CRM activity.
• Promote accountability and uphold dealership standards.
• Help create a professional, transparent, and customer-first buying experience.
• Contribute to a positive, competitive, and team-oriented workplace.
• Develop the skills needed to grow into a successful dealership leader.
