Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to dealership customers and prospects
• Handle inbound customer opportunities when assigned
• Build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone
• Identify customer needs and create urgency around the next step
• Schedule and confirm qualified sales and/or service appointments
• Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest but did not purchase
• Communicate with existing service customers regarding dealership opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes and customer information within dealership CRM systems
