Gene Langley Ford in Humboldt, TN is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our team. You will greet customers, understand their needs, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and guide them through financing options to close deals.

This role offers hands-on training, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide comprehensive information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience vehicles firsthand.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and financing options to reach a mutually agreeable deal.
• Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on new models, features, and industry trends.
