Job summary

Conicelli Automotive is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through selecting their ideal vehicle while meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent service.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role.
• Proven ability in sales techniques and closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Solid automotive product knowledge or aptitude to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engages prospective customers to understand needs via active listening.
• Presents vehicle options and benefits using strong product knowledge.
• Conducts vehicle demonstrations and addresses customer questions.
• Negotiates pricing and terms to finalize sales agreements.
• Manages a pipeline of leads and uses lead management strategies to convert inquiries.
• Uses CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Builds and maintains relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
