Conicelli Automotive is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through selecting their ideal vehicle while meeting sales targets and maintaining excellent service.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales techniques and closing deals.

• Manages a robust pipeline of leads, using lead management strategies to convert inquiries into sales.
• Utilizes CRM software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering loyalty.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationship management practices for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stays current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role.

Knowledge/Skills

• Proven ability in sales techniques and closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Solid automotive product knowledge or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Demonstrated active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Effective relationship management capabilities with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
• Organized approach to lead management and follow-up.
• Skilled in conducting engaging vehicle demonstrations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift light objects (up to 25 lbs) occasionally.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
