Job summary

Salinas Honda is seeking talented sales professionals to join their team in the Bay Area. You will respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and in-person, assist guests in vehicle selection with industry knowledge, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required; ambitious, goal-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer in-house training, a structured 90-day plan, and incentives in the first months as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity with social media, email, and basic office programs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Nice to have 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
