Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships through exceptional service.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate features, tech, and safety systems.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle performance.
• Guide customers through purchase and delivery process.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, incentives, financing options, and market trends.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and communications.
• Work with sales management, finance, and service teams to exceed expectations.
