Job summary

Greenway Ford | CDJR | GMC in Morris, IL is expanding and seeks automotive Sales Consultants of all levels. You will build relationships, work toward goals, and earn compensation based on performance. Previous automotive experience is valuable but not required; training is provided to the right candidate.

You will learn our processes, work with Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and GMC vehicles, and use modern technology and CRM tools to support customers from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced sales consultants welcome; training provided.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and relationship-building focus.
• Experience with VinSolutions CRM is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or GMC vehicles is helpful.
• Previous automotive experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, video, social media, internet leads, and walk-in traffic.
• Welcome customers, assess needs, and tailor recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, GMC inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicles and coordinate test drives; guide customers through the sales process to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up after each sale.
• Complete manufacturer trainings and certifications.
