Job summary

Sheboygan Auto Group in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional to build relationships, assess customer needs, and guide buyers through vehicle selection and financing options.

No automotive experience is required, as in-house and manufacturer training are provided to support your success in a high-volume dealership environment with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience.
• Help customers select the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Become knowledgeable on vehicle features, trim levels, technology, and financing options.
• Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Learn and apply proven sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
• Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve performance goals.
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day.
