Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to join our team. No experience is required; we provide thorough training to help you become the best in automotive sales.

Previous work in food, hospitality, retail, or related fields can translate well into this role, and bilingual skills are a plus. We offer a bi-weekly salary plus monthly commission, paid training, a sales recognition program, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience welcomed; training provided.
• Energetic and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
