Kunes Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team in Beloit, WI. You will help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

In this role, you'll leverage paid training and ongoing coaching to develop sales skills, work with a supportive team, and pursue a rewarding automotive sales career with unlimited earning potential.

Formación

• Experience in customer-focused sales is preferred.
• Candidates from commission-based or retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service and needs analysis.
• Identify customer needs and recommend right new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales and follow up for repeat business.
• Maintain CRM data and stay current on inventory and product knowledge.
