C. Harper Auto Group in Vernon, WY is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who can build relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive the sales process, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and referrals. No auto sales experience is required to apply, and two pay plans are available: a draw/commission plan or a guaranteed base during probation.

Formación

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

• Ability to quickly learn and retain product information.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles through consultative selling.
• Develop expertise on vehicle offerings and options.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Maintain follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Overcome objections and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and performance.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.
• Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team every day.
