Greg Hubler Automotive – Driving People Forward, One Guest at a Time – is expanding in the Muncie area and seeking energetic Automotive Sales and Leasing Professionals. You will participate in hands-on training, use modern tech tools, and join a team that invests in your success, with a clear path for growth and career advancement.

You’ll start on the showroom floor within 20 days, gain product knowledge, and learn our sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and some evenings.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Sell showroom, phone, and internet leads.
• Demonstrate and present vehicles to customers.
• Build value and negotiate deals.
• Close and deliver vehicles to customers.
• Maintain follow-up for repeat and referral business.
• Support leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume.

The First 30 Days and Beyond

• You will be on the floor selling within 20 days
• First 30 days is spent skill building, gaining product knowledge and getting trained on our sales process.
• The next two months are spend refining sills and establishing discipline with daily tasks using our CRM
• By 90 days you are putting it all together with unit expectations on a rolling 3 months.
• Timing may vary based on skill level and previous automotive sales experience.

What You'll Be Doing
