BALISE AUTO SALES INC is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to greet and assist customers, present New and Pre-owned vehicles, and guide buying decisions. You will use our CRM to follow up and build relationships with buyers and prospects, while maintaining an engaging showroom and inventory presentation.

This role offers a structured training program and opportunities for advancement within the dealership network.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in customer conversations.
• Willingness to participate in a 90-day training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Enter customer contact and interest information into the CRM accurately.
• Maintain rapport with customers and manage leads from multiple sources.
• Deliver professional product presentations highlighting features and warranties.
