We are currently seeking Sales Consultants at Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond. Our success is built on providing extraordinary customer support and fostering a high level of professionalism and mutual respect among our culturally and gender diverse sales staff. We seek sales-focused applicants who are self-motivated with outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with a strong work ethic. This role offers the potential for a proven six-figure income and a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with vehicle selection, promoting model options, features, value-added products, services, and financing options following dealership policies.
  2. Conduct vehicle test drives, ensuring all traffic laws and safety rules are followed.
  3. Negotiate sales ethically and clearly to close deals.
  4. Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining features, operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
  5. Maintain accurate sales documentation.
  6. Stay updated on vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
  7. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
  8. Assist in training and educating new staff members.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Sales experience in any industry is a plus.
  2. Neat, professional appearance.
  3. Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality.
  4. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; ability to remain calm under stress.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, and staff.

  8. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
