You will guide buyers from initial inquiry to closing, explain financing options and warranties, conduct informative test drives, complete paperwork accurately, and build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Fair knowledge of financing options and warranties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain vehicle needs through effective questioning and listening.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, product specifications, features, and accessories.
• Guide customers through the car buying process from inquiry to closing, including financing explanations.
• Provide customers with thorough and informative test-drive experiences.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up to build relationships and encourage referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer buying behaviors.
• Collaborate with sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
