Job summary

Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant fluent in English and Spanish. You will warmly greet bilingual customers, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through presentations, test drives, and financing introductions to close sales.

Responsibilities include explaining features and pricing in both languages, maintaining knowledge of inventory and incentives, and building lasting customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication preferred).
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with computer systems and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, creating a welcoming and inclusive sales environment
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
• Recommend the best Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle options based on customer goals and lifestyle
• Guide customers through the complete sales process, including vehicle presentations, test drives, financing introductions, and delivery
• Clearly explain vehicle features, pricing, programs, and promotions in both English and Spanish
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat and referral business
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, product updates, manufacturer incentives, and dealership promotions
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication preferred)
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
