Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Basil Resale Sheridan - 4131 Sheridan Dr, Williamsville, NY 14221

Sales Consultant Compensation: Between $50,000 - $100,000 first year, with expected annual growth (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise, and volume).

Schedule: Full Time

Sales Consultant Job Duties and Qualifications:

1. Greet and guide customers into the sales process
2. Assist customers in finding a vehicle and help the team reach sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
3. Demonstrate vehicle features and introduce vehicle services, including conducting vehicle test drives responsibly
4. Review vehicle purchase and finance options, along with dealership policies/services
5. Maintain current knowledge of promotions, financing options, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
6. Complete all sales documentation accurately and comprehensively
7. Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
8. Must be able to pass employment screening (background and drug test)

Requirements: Valid Driver’s License required for all positions
