• Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.

About the Role:

Compensation & Pay Plans:

We offer Two flexible pay plans that you can choose from when starting:

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan: A more performance‑based plan where your earnings are tied to your sales success.
• Protected Salary Pay Plan: Available during your probationary period, this plan provides guaranteed income while you transition into the role.
