Job summary

Van Horn Kia Sheboygan is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. This is a full-time role with a salaried plus commission structure and a guaranteed compensation plan for the first sixty days, supported by a paid training program.

No experience is required and we provide comprehensive training. Expect a 5-day workweek with no Sundays, benefit options including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write letters and emails to prospects, follow-up w/phone calls to make appointments and maintain log sheets.
• Sell new and used cars.
• Ask current customers for referrals and develop network of independent sources.
• Continuous enhancement of product knowledge on all new/used vehicles.
• Establish monthly objectives with management.
