Van Horn Ford of Sheboygan is seeking an Inventory Acquisition Specialist who will purchase inventory for resale through non-auction avenues. The role emphasizes building strong customer experiences and collaborating with Service and Sales teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating trade-ins, coordinating paperwork, and exploring multiple channels (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.). A 5-day workweek and guaranteed commission plan for the first 60 days are offered along with benefits and training.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Good people skills and strong communication (verbal and nonverbal).
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact service customers the day prior to their appointment by call, text, or email.
• Appraise vehicles in the quick lube and backshop using appraisal software.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors on known issues/reconditioning needed.
• Provide customers with the value of their vehicle.
• If the customer is interested in trading, coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Follow up with previous day’s appraisals and facilitate purchase paperwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s licenserequired
