Martin Automotive Group in San Bernardino is seeking ambitious Sales Consultants to join our team. You will handle internet leads, set appointments for vehicle demonstrations, guide customers to product information, and relay inquiries to the appropriate sales staff.

A strong drive to meet sales goals is essential. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with solid communication skills and a professional image.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a drive to hit sales quotas and goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a vehicle demonstration.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online sources.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
