Westbrook Honda in New Haven, CT is hiring experienced sales consultants for a fast-paced dealership environment. The role offers a stable base pay plus commission, with weekly and monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Join a collaborative team at a top-volume dealer and enjoy continued training, a large inventory of new and used vehicles, and opportunities for six-figure earnings for top associates.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & pricing negotiations.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment.

Responsabilités

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process as per company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
