Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles each month.
• Prepare complete sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Use dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attend product and sales training as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and services.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Arrange test drives and obtain proper ID prior to test drive.
• Ensure the sales manager meets each customer.
• Turn closed deals to finance and insurance with proper documentation.
