Grubbs Acura in Grapevine is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, energetic, and results-driven, with a professional demeanor and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. As a Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of purchasing and owning New & Pre-Owned Vehicles while ensuring an extraordinary experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new and existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand buyers' requirements and interests, matching them to suitable vehicle models.
  • Demonstrate vehicles' features, capabilities, and warranties effectively.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the F&I Team to resolve any outstanding contracts or deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Provide sales management analysis through accurate reporting.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry, Acura/Honda experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
